As a first timer @beautyfix Medspa, at the beginning I’ve had a bad experience with one of the meanest receptionist I’ve ever seen, I think her name is Maria because I heard the other receptionist calling her name, she has short hair. Not only she doesn’t smile nor welcoming. My appointment was at 2:15 got there little earlier very nervous because I’ve never had anything done to my body so I didn’t know what to expect. She asked me to fill out some papers electronically around 1:46pm and my appointment is at “ 2:15 pm” as I tried to sit in the waiting area which it was super empty, she literally asked to wait outside of the beauty center in a very mean way, not to mention the she rolled her eyes!!!! That day was super cold . So I went downstairs by the elavator and waited and filled out whatever she sent me until 2:15pm!!!! Honestly I was about to walkway but I realized I won’t let someone like her mess up with my experience maybe she is looking to get fired for whatever reason. The reason why I stayed is because when I first went there for my consultation I had this amazing lady I think she is Russian doing my consultation she was very honest and brilliant. Anyway my cool sculpting experience was very smooth with the Wonderful Angela!!! I was very worried but thanks to Angela she knew how to assure me and walk me through the process, and also want to thank her for the microneedling recommendation. I love her my skin feels and looks good. Rather than that everyone is really friendly as I went back the next day for my microneedling that mean girl wasn’t there I could tell the entire energy of the palace was different (happy)
