Do you offer virtual consultation?
We offer virtual consultations from the comfort of your home. Make the best use of this time and practice social distancing, while virtually meeting our beauty experts, who will continue to provide care through this isolating time in a safe and convenient manner. What steps do I need to take before the virtual consultation?
Got #BeautyGoals? Send us the pictures of your area, your aspirational photos and your questions to us in advance. Schedule a free consultation with one of our beauty experts to examine the area and discuss all your treatment options.
How do I book for an appointment for the treatment of my choice?
You can buy the treatments online at a discounted price or reach out to us to book a treatment that is right for you! You can feel confident to buy at a discounted price now and save it for any special occasion in the future. No strings attached!
What steps do I need to take before my appointment?
i) Fill out and complete the New Patient Paperwork form and corresponding consent forms prior to your appointment, otherwise please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time to complete any consents required. Please confirm your appointment.
ii) Share your pictures on RX Photo, a HIPPA compliant platform
iii) Confirm your appointment
iv) Read the specific details related to the treatment to avoid any disruptions during your treatment.
There will be a late fee or a cancellation fee in case you alter the appointment without prior notice.
What to wear during the treatment?
Wear something that you’re comfortable wearing, which is not too tight or too loose. Of course, this also depends on the treatment you’re taking. Some treatments need you to change into a disposable cloth, which will be provided by your aesthetician.
What’s the cancellation policy?
In the event of a no-show or cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hrs in advance, we charge a $100 fee to the card on file or apply the booking deposits made on the account towards this fee. It’s important to us to respect the time of both our patients and staff and your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the appointments of other patients.
How do I tip the providers?
Gratuity is at the sole discretion of the patient. You can leave your gratuity either in a cash envelope or It can be added to your ticket at checkout and paid via credit card.
What do you need to tell your provider before the treatment?
Let them know if you take pain relievers, blood thinners, Aspirin, Anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS), steroids, muscle relaxants, sleeping aids or allergy medications. You should also inform them about any drug or food allergies. Please refer to the individual pre and post-care instructions for more information.
What do I do if I have a medical emergency?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. Please also inform BeautyFix for any of the following concerns or seek Emergency Care if the condition worsens.
- Notify us at (212) 366-4787 to speak with a nurse, for any unexpected side effects of treatment.
- If you have a severe headache, fever, weakness, or other significant changes in your health, seek emergency care.
Do online orders expire? How can I modify them?
Online orders never expire, so you can buy with full confidence. You can also request a full refund of the order at any time. Please call us or email us with your #Order ID to request changes. Please refer to the individual policy for promotional discounts with affiliated programs such as Brilliant Distinctions, Groupon coupons or any other special third-party discounts.
How do I book an appointment after purchasing the treatment online?
Please call us or email us with your #Order ID to book your consultation as well as your appointment. Our treatments listed online are discounted. It is always better to buy them online
Are all the treatments available at all locations?
Not all treatments are available at all locations. However, most of them are. Please speak with our beauty expert to schedule an appointment at your favorite location according to your beauty needs. You can also call or email us to speak with our specialists to find more information.
Do I receive discounts or offers?

Do you have a referral policy? Can I buy gift cards for friends and family?
We love friends with benefits! For every patient you refer, who visits any BeautyFix location and receives a service, you will be awarded $50.
