Do you offer complimentary virtual or in-person consultation?
We offer virtual consultations from the comfort of your home. However, we recommend having you come visit us for an in-person consultation so that we can evaluate your skin.
Each consultation with a BeautyFixer entails a thorough evaluation of the face, skin and body using BeautyFix’s proprietary Aesthetic Algorithm. Our Aesthetic Algorithm is a systematic head-to-toe analysis, using a mathematical equation that combines your angles, contours and specific beauty concerns with phi (universal ideal proportions). What steps do I need to take before my consultation?
Send us your questions, clear pictures of the areas of your concern and some of your aspirational photos if you'd like.

Can I shop a treatment online and redeem it later at any clinic?
You can buy the treatments online or reach out to us via email or call us to book a treatment at your favorite location. Please read the product description carefully to note that some treatments may be available at select locations. We can help you choose the right treatment for you! What steps do I need to take before my appointment?
i) Fill out and complete the New Patient Paperwork form and corresponding consent forms prior to your appointment, otherwise please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time to complete any consents required. Please confirm your appointment.
ii) Share your pictures on RX Photo, a HIPPA compliant platform
iii) Confirm your appointment
iv) Read the specific details related to the treatment to avoid any disruptions during your treatment.
There will be a late fee or a cancellation fee in case you alter the appointment without prior notice.
What to wear during the treatment?
Wear something that you’re comfortable wearing, which is not too tight or too loose. Of course, this also depends on the treatment you’re taking. Some treatments need you to change into a disposable cloth, which will be provided by your aesthetician.
What’s the cancellation policy?
In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, BeautyFix reserves the right to charge a $100 late cancellation fee to the credit card on file or to apply the booking deposit made on the account towards this fee. To early cancel your appointment, please contact BeautyFix directly at 212-366-4787 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We confirm appointments up to 24 hours in advance via email, phone call and text to the contact information provided by you. If we do not receive a response from you by the end of business day on the day before your appointment, BeautyFix reserves the right to cancel your scheduled appointment to ensure we have adequate space for other clients.
The safety and health of our patients and staff is our top priority. If you need to cancel your appointment because of a possible Covid-19 exposure, we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee with proof of a positive test result.
How do I tip the providers?
Gratuity is at the sole discretion of the patient. You can leave your gratuity either in a cash envelope or it can be added to your ticket at checkout and paid via credit card.
What do you need to tell your provider before the treatment?
Let them know if you take pain relievers, blood thinners, Aspirin, Anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS), steroids, muscle relaxants, sleeping aids or allergy medications. You should also inform them about any drug or food allergies. Please refer to the individual pre and post-care instructions for more information.
What do I do if I have a medical emergency?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. Please also inform BeautyFix for any of the following concerns or seek Emergency Care if the condition worsens.
Do online orders expire? How can I modify them?
Online orders expire in one year, so you can buy with full confidence. You can also request a full refund of the order at any time. Please call us or email us with your #Order ID to request changes. Please refer to the individual policy for promotional discounts with affiliated programs such as Alle, Groupon, RealSelf coupons or any other special third-party discounts.
How do I book an appointment after purchasing the treatment online?

You can also use our booking tool to schedule your appointments anytime at any of our locations. Please note that credit card on file is needed to hold your appointment and you won't be charged until to no-show or late cancel your appointment.
Are all the treatments available at all locations?
Not all treatments are available at all locations. However, most of them are.
