Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At BeautyFix, we reserve appointment time exclusively for each patient. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows will also incur a $100 fee charged to the card on file or applied against the booking deposit.

Appointment Confirmations
We confirm appointments up to 24 hours in advance via email, phone call and text to the contact information provided by you.
If we do not receive a response from you by the end of business day on the day before your appointment, BeautyFix reserves the right to cancel your scheduled appointment to ensure we have adequate space for other clients and charge you the $100 no-show fee in case you miss your appointment.
Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well-being of our patients and staff remain our highest priority. If you need to cancel due to confirmed COVID-19 infection, we will waive the cancellation fee upon receipt of proof of a positive test result.
