Can it be used at any location?
Our unlimited toxin membership is valid for use at all of our clinics, providing you with flexibility and convenience.
Can I cancel anytime?
We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your Unlimited Toxins membership, you can do so before your first treatment for a full refund. After 90 days from the day of enrollment, you can still cancel your membership by sending an email to membership@beautyfixmedspa.com. The membership will be cancelled once we receive all payments related to the quarterly visits. Annual memberships will not be refundable after your first treatment. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 5-7 working days. We value your satisfaction and strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

- The membership can be cancelled anytime before your first treatment
- The membership cannot be cancelled within the first three months or after your first treatment

- If you choose monthly payments, cancellations cannot be processed unless we receive the payments pertaining to the three orders related to your quarterly visit.
- Your units cannot be banked for a future quarter or future visit
- You can schedule one treatment every three months and a maximum of four visits per year
- Valid areas are for Glabella or Crows Feet or Forehead or Lip Flip or Gummy Smile
- Not valid for masseters (jawline slimming, teeth grinding), platysmal bands (NeckFix), axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), migraines, other areas or any other treatments other than those listed above

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.
