There’s no downtime after the HairFix: Exosomes treatment. You can resume regular activity the same day after the treatment, including showering. You can start seeing results between 2 - 8 weeks with repeated sessions. Combine with HairFix: PRP and Nutrafol treatment for the best results. Treatments can be performed every 4 weeks.

At BeautyFix MedSpa, we have not observed any adverse effects resulting from the HairFix: Exosomes treatment. To achieve optimal results, we recommend a minimum of three sessions spaced three weeks apart, with full benefits visible within six months after treatment.
How is the HairFix: Exosomes treatment performed?
During the treatment, exosomes are carefully delivered into the scalp through microneedling.
Exosome therapy utilizes a derivative of adipose tissue that contains over 50 growth factors, 30 collagen types, and an additional 300+ growth factors. This treatment is highly effective in increasing hair thickness and promoting hair regrowth.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.
