Who is a good candidate for this treatment?

A good candidate for this treatment typically includes individuals who have Smoker's Lines or Smile Lines and desire to improve their appearance by reducing wrinkles around the mouth. Over time, these movements can lead to the development of dynamic vertical lines and creases, contributing to an aged appearance of the skin around the mouth.
The procedure involves injecting small doses of the toxin into specific facial muscles responsible for the formation of Smoker's Lines or Smile Lines. It's a relatively quick and minimally invasive treatment with minimal to no downtime.
Botox works by temporarily paralyzing the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as Smoker's Lines or Smile Lines. These lines are often associated with repetitive muscle movements, such as puckering the lips while smoking, drinking through straws, or even regular smiling. Over time, these movements can lead to the development of vertical lines and creases, contributing to an aged appearance of the skin around the mouth.
The treatment utilizes Botox or Dysport injections to temporarily weakening the muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles. These lines can age the appearance and diminish skin smoothness.
