Can it be used at any location?
The SkinFix membership is valid for use at Flatiron, Upper East Side, Dyckman, Westchester and West Hartford locations in New York, providing you with flexibility and convenience. However, please note that certain SkinFix treatments may be available only at select locations. We encourage you to consult with front desk or call center expert to schedule an appointment at the clinic that offers your desired treatment. Our dedicated staff will assist you in finding the most suitable location and ensuring you receive the exceptional skincare experience you deserve. Explore our range of locations and enjoy the benefits of the SkinFix membership at a clinic near you.
Can I cancel anytime?
We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your SkinFix membership, you can do so before your first treatment for a full refund. However, if you have your first treatment within the first few days of signing up, you can cancel after 90 days from the day of enrollment and after payment three installments, by sending an email to membership@beautyfixmedspa.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 5-7 working days. We value your satisfaction and strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

- The membership can be cancelled before your first appointment for a full refund
- Your treatments cannot be banked for a future visit

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.
