How and where is Emsculpt NEO procedure performed?
EmSculpt NEO is performed at our Flatiron location only. There is no pre-preparation required for this procedure. You will lay down while the applicators are applied over the treatment area for 30 minutes. During the treatment you may feel an intense yet tolerable heating sensation along with muscle contractions.
What is the downtime of EMSCULPT NEO?
Once the procedure is completed, you can immediately get back to your daily routine. There is no downtime with this procedure.
How long does it take to see the final result of EMSCULPT NEO procedure?
Each patient's results may vary but the best time to see the final results is in 3 months after the last treatment. The results are permanent, but it’s important for patients to continue to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly after the treatment for the best results.

The advanced technology helps reduce your fat and build your muscles by using Synchronized Radiofrequency and HIFEM+ (high intensity electromagnetic field).
EmSculpt Neo can be applied over the abdomen, buttocks, arms & calves. It is intended for non-invasive lipolysis (breakdown of fat) and for improvement and strengthening of the core muscles. It is very effective in strengthening, toning, firming of abs, buttocks, thighs, and calves.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.
