NoseFix: Botox typically takes around 15 minutes to perform, offering swift and noticeable results. It works well combined with our NoseFix Filler treatment.
Choose one area or all three areas of BoseFix: Botox:
- Nasal Tip: To lift a drooping nasal tip by relaxing the depressor septi nasi muscle.
- Nostrils: To reduce nasal flaring by injecting Botox into the muscles around the nostrils (alar base).
- Columella: To create a more defined columella (the tissue between the nostrils) by relaxing specific muscles for better nasal tip projection.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.

It was a good experience and I have less migraines and my forehead looks a lot better. This time I paid for a nose fix @ $199.00 and a lip flip @$199 and it’s paid for and I’m scheduled this Tuesday at the upper west side location to receive these treatments. I also have wrinkle fix that is paid for but unfulfilled so if I can get that done on Tuesday at well it would be greatly appreciated. My order number is #POJNTOIU & #39141 & #40067
