Radiesse is a dermal filler that adds instant volume and helps stimulate collagen over time. Results typically show instantly as opposed to Sculptra Butt Lift. Radiesse is best used in the temples, cheeks, and chin, but also works very well on your buttocks.
A portion of the results can be seen immediately, but Radiesse Butt Lift is also an ongoing process that lasts several months. Patients may need further Radiesse® treatments, scheduled 1-3 months apart in order to attain desired results. By injecting Radiesse® Cosmetic to fill specific areas of the booty, it will smooth and plump the buttocks over time. The effects of Radiesse® will build up over the course of each treatment, providing a natural projection, volume, and a subtle lift in as little as 2-3 treatment sessions.
Massage the injected area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to prevent nodules from forming.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.

This was my second session and I loved my experience with Samantha. She completely understood my issue and pointed out a clear reason why the particular area is a bit challenging to work with. Had a consultation with Carolina in the Flat Iron location - she was so lovely and informative, helped me with and answered all of my questions and helped me book my appointment in the Upper East Side location where Omaira was so nice, she started me off and then Ashlin did my procedure for filling my hip dips.
