NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a critical coenzyme found in every cell of the body and plays a central role in energy production, cellular repair, and healthy aging. As we age or experience chronic stress, fatigue, or burnout, NAD+ levels naturally decline.

NAD+ injections help replenish these levels, supporting cellular energy, mental clarity, and overall vitality through fast, efficient absorption.

  • Supports cellular energy production
  • Promotes mental clarity and focus
  • Helps reduce fatigue and burnout
  • Supports metabolic health and longevity
  • May aid in recovery from stress, travel, and overexertion

How quickly will I feel results?

Some patients report noticing improved energy or clarity within hours to a few days. Others experience more gradual improvements. Consistency often leads to better outcomes.

How often should I get NAD+ injections?

Most patients benefit from a series to build and maintain levels. Your provider will recommend a personalized plan based on your goals and lifestyle.

Is NAD+ safe?

NAD+ is naturally produced in the body. When administered by a qualified medical provider, it is generally well tolerated. Mild soreness at the injection site is possible.

Is injectable NAD+ better than oral supplements?

Injectable NAD+ bypasses the digestive system, allowing for higher absorption compared to oral supplements, which may be partially broken down during digestion.
NAD+ is administered through a quick subcutaneous injection in-office. The appointment typically takes just a few minutes. Because it’s injected, absorption is more direct compared to oral supplements. Most patients describe minimal discomfort and are able to return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme naturally present in every cell of the body and is essential for converting nutrients into cellular energy. It plays a central role in mitochondrial function, which is where your cells generate energy, and also supports cellular repair and metabolic processes. As NAD+ levels decline due to aging, stress, poor sleep, or travel, the body’s ability to efficiently produce energy may decrease. Injectable NAD+ helps replenish these levels more directly than oral supplements, supporting cellular function at a foundational level and helping the body operate more efficiently.
NAD+ injections are commonly used to help support low energy, fatigue, brain fog, and reduced mental clarity. Many patients also seek treatment during periods of high stress, burnout, frequent travel, or disrupted sleep. Additionally, NAD+ may help support healthy aging, metabolic function, and overall wellness optimization. While individual experiences vary, many patients report feeling more energized, focused, and resilient when treatments are done consistently.

Hi! Ashlin did a great job of explaining the benefits of the NAD+ injection and how beneficial the components are for cellular energy and increase in energy. I definitely felt the effects of the NAD+ injection two hours after the initial injection and had a great effect on my energy levels throughout the weekend and all day Monday at work! Tiko also reinforced the benefits of NAD+ injections, reducing inflammation and Ashlin emphasized the reduction of brain fog! I am definitely onboard for further NAD+ treatments in the future :-)
