After Your First Treatment or First Three Installments

You can cancel after receiving your first treatment or after we have received the payments for your first three installments related to your treatment. For example, if you choose to pay monthly and have already completed three payments, you may cancel your membership, even if you've already received a treatment.

Before Treatment (Full Refund)

:

If you decide to cancel within the first quarter and before you receive any treatment, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.

Failed Payments

:

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it six times. If all six attempts fail, your membership will be automatically canceled. Unfortunately, if this happens, you will lose all the benefits associated with your membership, and you won't be eligible for treatments or other perks under the membership. To avoid this, please ensure your payment information is up to date.

In the email, include the email address associated with your account and provide a brief explanation of why you're canceling. We will process your cancellation request within 2-4 business days.

Eligibility for Treatment After Three Payments

If you have already made three or more monthly payments, you are still eligible to come in for treatment before canceling your membership. This means if you’ve paid for several months but haven’t used your benefits yet, you can still book a treatment before your cancellation is finalized.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to switch your membership out for another treatment or use the $$ towards another service or offer you a refund. If you are a WrinkleFix Unlimited Toxins member and have already received treatment during the current quarter but haven’t completed your quarterly payments, your membership cannot be canceled until all outstanding payments are received. For example, if you’ve been a BeautyFix member for four months and have had treatments in both Month 1 and Month 4, your membership will remain active until Month 6, when all six installments related to your quarterly payments have been completed. Only then will your membership be eligible for cancellation.

In any case, any unpaid installments need to be cleared before the cancellation can be processed. This ensures that all treatments and benefits received are covered according to the terms of your membership.

For SkinFix members, your membership will be canceled once we receive the full payment for the current month or the quarter if you're on the quarterly plan. If you’ve already paid for the month and received your treatment, the membership will be canceled at the end of that billing cycle. In any case, any unpaid installments need to be cleared before the cancellation can be processed. This ensures that all treatments and benefits received are covered according to the terms of your membership.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The difference will be adjusted before the treatment at the reception desk and they can help you upgrade your membership at any time. You can also reach out to us at membership@beautyfixmedspa.com for upgrading your membership. Please email us at Membership@beautyfixmedspa.com with the subject line: Membership Update: Your Name. Please also include your email address and the reason in the email body. Please give us 2-4 business days to update your membership. Your monthly payments will be updated automatically after the membership is updated.
