What is the downtime required after my treatment?
There is no downtime required after Kybella. This is a quick treatment where no anesthesia is required.
When will I see results from my treatment?
Optimal results can take anywhere between 12-18 weeks. Individuals results may vary.
How many treatments will I need?
Typically, we recommend between 2-4 treatments, however, some individuals may require less or more treatments.
Kybella contains a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, an active ingredient that is naturally occurring in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.
The treatment itself is performed by delivering multiple small injections into excess fat under the chin.
This results in a noticeable reduction in fullness of the chin and jaw line with an improved facial profile.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
Take Ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) about 1 hour before your appointment. The ideal time to schedule this procedure is at least 2 weeks before a big event. Inform your BeautyFix provider if you have a history of difficulty swallowing, medication allergies, history of anaphylaxis, or any other medical problems. Come to your appointment with a clean face/skin. Remove all makeup on the area being treated.

POST TREATMENT CARE
After treatment, hold ice packs on the areas that are treated with Kybella gently throughout the day. Treated areas may be red, inflamed, swollen, and bruised for the first 2-7 days. You can resume all normal activities including exercise as long as it is comfortable. Take ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) if needed for discomfort after the treatment. If bruising occurs take Arnica and/or Bromelain supplements, which are available for sale at all BeautyFix clinics. If bruising is a major concern, it can be concealed with makeup.

So I had ny first fillers appointment at beautyfix medspa at the flatiron location with Stephanie. I did cheek fillers, botox and kybella. I am very impressed with the work she has done and I like the way my cheeks were contoured using juvaderm voluma. Steph was very sweet and professional and tells you what she thinks you need and don't need. Everything with facial contouring is a build up and takes time and patience to get the results that you want. I definitely will be coming back here soon..

Everyone was so friendly and professional from the host to my consultant, to my injector Rosetta they made me feel comfortable I have a very full round face and they made me feel beautiful I injected my smile lines and my chin. I seen the results right when I left out a little discomfort but that all part of the process truly happy with my results and coming back for my second injection

I got my Kybella treatment by the lovely , Guilianna. She was very friendly and knowledgable . She definitely made me feel comfortable and explained everything about Kybella and what to expect.
