How long does the treatment last?
Botox lasts 3-4 months.
When do you see the results?
Results are not immediately noticeable. Botox has an onset of two weeks.
It reduces any prominent, disproportionate, or asymmetrical jawline for a softer, balanced appearance.
Botox works by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles to prevent contraction, helping to weaken the masseter muscle & decrease in size.
Jawline Slimming with Botox is the perfect way to soften the masseter muscles (AKA your chewing muscles) .

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:
If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.
Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:
Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.

Jennifer was so thorough in explaining everything about the procedure to me and addressing my concerns. She has wonderful bedside manners and really did her best to give me precise results. Although, it took ten minutes, I did not feel rushed. I will definitely be going with her from now on.
