Is the treatment painful?

This treatment can be used on all skin types at any time of the year for most patients, and has minimal downtime. On average, patients are pink for 2-3 days. Some patients heal completely in 24 hours.

WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME AFTER THE DSE PEEL TREATMENT?

For about a week, you'll experience redness, tightness, and peeling; then the pigmentation and blemishes will start to fade. Your skin will remain a little sensitive for the first two weeks sometimes if you're prone to irritation.

About The Procedure How It Works What It Treats

It’s a complete mask system that targets superficial to moderate hyperpigmentation as well as renews the appearance of the skin.

BootyFix: DSE Peel with Microneedling targets superficial to moderate hyperpigmentation as well as mild to moderate inflammatory acne. It also slows down the production of melanin to the maintain results longer.

This cream-based peel combined with microneedling reduces dark spots and melasma while also improving skin texture. It inhibits the tyrosinase enzyme, breaks apart melanosomes, and renews the epidermis. The complete system will result in a lightening of epidermal pigment as well as textual roughness

PRE TREATMENT CARE
To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, please avoid certain medications and supplements at least 3–7 days prior to your appointment.

Avoid The Following:
- Aspirin / Baby Aspirin
- Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Aleve)
- Fish Oil (Omega-3)
- Vitamin E
- St. John’s Wort
- Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng
Important:

If you are on prescribed blood thinners, do not stop them without your physician’s approval.
POST TREATMENT CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and smooth recovery.

Immediately After:
- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area
- Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heat exposure
- Mild redness and swelling are normal
Sun Protection:
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat until swelling subsides
- Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours when outdoors
Managing Swelling & Recovery:
- Swelling may occur, especially the next morning, and typically lasts 2–3 days
- Apply cold compresses for 10 minutes every hour
- Sleep with your head elevated on the first night
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach
Note:

Lip treatments may experience swelling for up to a week before settling into final results.
