What Is The Downtime Associated With The SkinFix Hydrafacial Treatment?
There is no downtime for the treatment. It is a perfect lunch-time facial treatment with visible results that are seen immediately.
SkinFix: Hydrafacial minimizes signs of aging and the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and sun spots with the use of customized super serums for healthier even complexion.
SkinFix: Hydrafacial uses state-of-the-art patented technology for an instant glow, and improves skin health by addressing specific skin concerns.
It treats all skin types and concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, brown spots, congested and oily skin as well as enlarged pores and nasolabial folds.

PRE TREATMENT CARE
Prior to receiving a HydraFacial, avoid excess sun exposure, including tanning beds for 1 week before treatment. Do not use any type of exfoliants 2 days before treatment and refrain from any chemical peels or lasers for 2 weeks prior. Discontinue use of Tretinoin type products (Renova, Tretinoin, Retin A, Retin A Micro, Tri-Luma, Solage, etc.) and Hydroquinone at least 2 days before treatment. Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox and filler treatments to receive a HydraFacial treatment. Botox and filler can be done on the same day, but must be done after a HydraFacial treatment.

POST TREATMENT CARE
Avoid any exfoliation to the area for 48 hours post-treatment. To keep the area clean, avoid heat sources, including hot showers, saunas, and cardio workouts that may produce sweat for 24 hours. Avoid unprotected sun exposure and/or use of tanning beds for at least 3 days. Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily for 3-5 days post-treatment. Makeup may be applied the day after treatment. Beauty Fix Med spa is a very clean and professional spa. You’re greeted by a welcoming staff once you arrive for you services and a great playlist. I get hydra-facials with Angela and she does an amazing job. I love the fact that she is so knowledgeable about her job from the inside out. She has given me great tips from the foods to eat to the vitamins to take that truly help balance the skin out and give you that “glow” that we all yearn for. I would recommend Angela any day and any time for her superb work and friendly demeanor.

I have had this treatment before from other spas but NEVER this good. It was truly a experience. Very relaxing and my skin was glowing! My skin looks rejuvenated. I had a rough 2 years and I felt like my face showed it. After two visits, I feel and look great. Thank you thank you thank you! ?

Maddison is a fantastic esthetician. A few months back I saw her for a hydra facial. The seasons were changing and my skin needed some TLC.
She put me to sleep, sometimes during extractions it can be painful but she has such a light touch. Loved her so much I sent my boyfriend to her.
So if you find yourself in West Hartford come check out Face It (beauty fix) and treat yourself!
