Some think sunscreen is only needed in the warmer months, but that is so far from the truth. You should be applying sunscreen daily, especially to the face and most exposed areas of the body.
Limiting your sun exposure but also appropriately protecting yourself in the sun can help keep your skin smooth and youthful for years to come.

Having a daily/nightly skin care routine is essential and can help improve the tone, texture, and overall appearance of the skin. However, the majority of skincare products only work on the surface, neglecting the deep, dark pits of our pores.
